Prompt packs

Prompts that actually work.

Free prompt packs by who you are, each one built on the same principles Anthropic and OpenAI teach. Copy, fill the blanks, paste.

First, how to prompt well

Eight rules the good prompts all share

Distilled from Anthropic's and OpenAI's own prompt-engineering guides. Every prompt below applies them.

01

Be specific

Spell out exactly what you want, for whom, and in how much detail. Vague in, vague out.

02

Give it a role

Open with who the model should be. A persona sets the standard for the whole answer.

03

Show an example

One or two input/output examples teach the pattern faster than any description.

04

Ask for a format

Say how the answer should be shaped, and use delimiters to separate your instructions from your data.

05

Let it think

Ask for the reasoning before the answer. Step-by-step beats a snap verdict.

06

Give it the source

Paste the real text or data to work from, so it grounds the answer instead of guessing.

07

Split big asks

Break a complex job into steps, or chain a few prompts, rather than one overloaded request.

08

Iterate

Treat the first answer as a draft. Tell it what was wrong and it gets closer fast.

The best prompt is one you can run on your own memory.
